Sometimes we all need a change. As professionals, we believe in client's choice to try other Shi stylists or colourists, so don't feel uncomfortable if you want try someone else. No one will be offended. In fact, we encourage it.

The Shi experience is based on beginning every service with a consultation. This discussion is necessary for our team to connect to your needs and then effectively apply our creative expertise. We will also provide you with a quote on the cost of your service.
We are a team of licensed professionals and our entire services is dedicated to focusing on your hair. During the service we will show you how to care for and style your hair as well as suggest products that will maintain the look we achieved.

When the unexpected arises, please give us the courtesy of 24 hours notice to accommodate our waiting list. Cancellations or no shows within 24hrs of your appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
It is our goal to keep to our schedule so clients can keep to theirs. We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please notify us so we can make adjustments and advise you on whether we can give you your full service or if we must re-schedule.
