We regret that we are not responsible for lost or damaged personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you.

Cancellations

When the unexpected arises, please give us the courtesy of 48 hours notice to accommodate our waiting list. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of 50%. No shows or cancelation within 24hrs notice may incur a cancellation fee up to the remaining amount of your booking.

On time performance

It is our goal to keep to our schedule so clients can keep to theirs. We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please notify us so we can make adjustments and advise you on whether we can give you your full service or if we must re-schedule.

Sustainability

We believe it is our responsibility to do our bit for the Environment. All our plastics, metals and paper products are carefully sorted and recycled.
